Michael Stalteri BEng (Mechanical) (Honours)
​Michael Stalteri is the Managing Partner (Engineering and Technical Services) and Co-Founder of Stalteri Engineering Consultants. Michael holds a First-Class Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering. His experience spans over 20 years' in the mining industry (Surface and Underground). This includes working as a Mechanical Design Engineer, Project Engineer and Manager, Operation Manager and Mechanical tradesperson. Michael has an outstanding track record in the timely and efficient delivery of Feasibility studies for underground mine infrastructure on both International and Australian mines, Mine Infrastructure Design and Construction projects, and also product development for industrial applications. His knowledge in all facets of project execution provides dedicated support to Stalteri Engineering Consultants clientele.
Michael is passionate about delivering first class solutions and support throughout all stages of the project. Areas of expertise include Mechanical Design, Mine Infrastructure, Piping Simulation, Project Development and Management.
Lauren Zaknic Dip (Civil/Structural)
Lauren is the Managing Partner (Computer Aided Design/Drafting) and Co-Founder of Stalteri Engineering Consultants. She has over 15 years experience as a Mechanical and Structural Designer in both surface and underground mining, shaft sinking, materials handling and oil and gas industries. She holds a Diploma of Civil/Structural Engineering and her area expertise is in 3D software packages such as SolidWorks and Autodesk Inventor and 2D drafting packages – AutoCAD and MicroStation. She has worked in both brownfield and greenfields projects in various sites across Australia and internationally.
Through her many years’ experience as a designer, Lauren has developed a passion for engineering and the advancements in technology in the 3D modelling space and with this experience is able to develop efficient 3D models and well presented drawings to a high-level of detail.
